INSPIRITUS UPDATE

Did you know Inspiritus spans 3 states (Tennessee, Georgia, and Alabama) and a multitude of programs. Each program is led by a team of professional staff who seek to insure that every person discovers their inner strength and resilience, leading to a more fulfilling life.

The Disaster Team is currently in Waverly, TN leading volunteer cleanup efforts after the devastating floods in August. In addition, rebuilding work in Cookeville and long term recovery efforts in Nashville are ongoing helping people to rebuild after the spring floods.

The Refugee and Immigration Services is awaiting arrivals from Afghanistan and other war-torn parts of the world, staffing up to welcome 600+ in the coming year.

The Middle TN Inspiritus team looks to the future by exploring property development to house the current and expanding programs with an eye on tackling the low-income housing shortage in Nashville. Help is needed to continue to provide TN programs free of charge. Please consider a tax-exempt donation online, www.weinspirit.org.
